Admission Procedure

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION:

Age as on date of registration: 18 years. No upper age limit


ADMISSION PROCEDURE:

Candidates are advised to go through the application form and brochure carefully and then fill up the Enrollment Form. The filled up Application Form should be sent to the Institute along with required fee.
On receipt of the filled up Application Form, the Institute scrutinizes the same. The students who fulfill the admission criteria will only be admitted.
The following materials will be dispatched to the students after admission.
(i) Admission intimation.
(ii) Relevant study materials
(iii) Model question papers.
(iv) Answer Sheet



REGISTRATION NUMBER:

Registration number will be allotted to the students on admission. Students are compulsory advised to mention their Registration Number in all correspondence. Letter received without Registration Number will not be entertained.


CHANGE OF ADDRESS:

Students are advised to intimate the Institute, in case of change of address, mentioning thier registration number.


MEDIUM OF INSTRUCTION :

The medium of instruction will be English/Hindi. However for Post Diploma Course medium of instruction will be English only. The decision of the Institute in all pertaining to the conduct of these courses will be final and binding on all students. The rules and regulations governing these courses including the syllabus, and Examination Sheduleis likely to be modified by Academic Council at their discretion, whenever necessary. All disputes subject to jurisdiction of court in Delhi only.


EXAMINATION PROCEDURES:

The candidates for Diploma courses, are required to write Answer Sheet at their residence and submit the same to the Institute either in person or through mail so that the same should reach to us latest by the last week of the course duration

(a) A candidate is required to clear the examination in the 1st attempt. However, in case of unsuccessful case, he will be provided opportunity to clear the examination in 2 more attempts but within a period of 12 months only from the month of Admission. The examination shall be held every month and the candidate may appear in accordance with his convenience. The examination fee is Rs. 200/-(Rupees two hundred only) for each paper, every time in such cases and need to be deposited to the Institute by Bank Demand Draft in favor of Indian Institute of Environment, Health & Safety Management or 'IIEHSM' payable at New Delhi.

(b) There is no provision to refund the fees once deposited, However, the amount may be adjusted for the same candidate in accordance with circumstances as mentioned above.

(c) If a candidate is unable to complete the course within 1 years from the date of admission, a lump sum fee of Rs. 500/- is to be paid to revive the expired enrollment.

(d) There is no provision for revaluation of papers in case of unsuccessful cases. However, re-totaling of specific papers can be done with in a period of 12 months only from the date of enrollment, for which the candidate has to pay a fee of Rs.I00/- per paper.
